How to use
- Enter the quiz title, grade and subject, plus your name and the date.
- Choose how many questions and which types to include.
- Press “Build template” — each question is numbered with the right answer format: option lines, T/F, answer lines or matching columns.
- Print the quiz (and tick “Include answer key” for a separate key page).

Does it write the questions?
No — this tool only creates the blank structure and answer space. (Our AI quiz maker writes actual questions from your material.)
Which question types are supported?
Multiple choice (A–D lines), true/false, short answer, matching pairs, fill in the blank and essay — mix them in any order.
Can I get an answer key too?
Yes — enable “Include answer key” to add a separate numbered key page after the quiz.
Is anything sent to a server?
No. The template is assembled in your browser from plain markup — no AI and no network requests.
